At Griffith Rubber Mills, our in-house engineering and tooling capabilities enable us to take your designs and translate them into the tools required to make your products. We’ve been doing this a long time, and we’re very good at it. Which is why our clients often bring us in at the inception of a project to help them optimize their product designs to the rubber manufacturing processes. It begins with an idea – from a drawing you sketched on a napkin at lunch to the most sophisticated data transfer. It results in any of a full range of tools that will produce your products with the highest quality, speed and cost efficiency – extrusion dies, steel rule dies, injection compression and transfer molds, as well as various holding, end-cutting and hole-punching fixtures to perform secondary operations Our broad in-house capabilities enable Griffith Rubber Mills to maintain control of the entire process without involving third parties, ensuring exact translation of your data to the finished product. We can receive virtually any type of electronic data to work with -- SolidWorks, SolidCAM, Esprit, and AutoCad. Our in-house machining facility boasts a full complement of tool and die shop equipment – anchored by a Haas high-speed CNC machining center.
